This historic property is a Barber home, named after architect George Franklin Barber, who marketed homes through mail-order catalogues. This home was donated to the Land Bank.

Due to the historic nature of this home, the Land Bank sought a new owner who would restore the home to its former glory. The home is currently undergoing extensive renovations.
