Read through the disposition guidelines and application information.

Submit a letter of interest.

Download and fill out a property application, including all information required in the application.

The completed application will be presented to the Board for approval.

The Board can add deed restrictions or project requirements.

Once the Board approves the application, the Land Bank transfers the property via quitclaim deed.

Unless otherwise negotiated, projects must be completed in 18 months.
